Beth, as she prefers to be called, lives in Walkersville, Maryland. She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and raised in Baltimore. She lived in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, for many years, part of which time, she and her husband, George, owned and operated an independent book store in Westfield, Massachusetts. She loves researching family history and has produced some twenty resource books for Genealogical Publishing Company. She joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when she was a teenager, and she currently is a ward family history consultant, a ward organist, and assistant to the ward newsletter editor. She owns Parables, which publishes LDS fiction and poetry, and she’s also an independent editor, mostly working for indy authors and academics. She and her husband had six children, who have multiplied to eighteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Her first great-great-granddaughter was born last year.
